* Taxes and maid service are not included in these prices. Contact us for pricing information on available maid services.

* A 50% deposit is due on booking for your first visit. The full amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before the date.

* There is a $100.00 opening/closing/cleaning fee required.

* Payment methods include personal checks, travelers checks, VISA and MasterCard.

* Check/Out time is 11:00 a.m. & Check/In time is 4:00 p.m. If we do not have back to back bookings we may be able to vary these times slightly. However, with back to back visitors this is the minimum time required to clean the unit properly.
